National Business Head


Job Profile


  • Responsible for delivering top and bottom line targets of GT business (quarterly and annual P&L)

  • Responsible for end-to-end new introductions and replacements of products to all distributors/Direct dealers Stores at the national level.

  • To identify & correct the gaps to improve reach: - Numeric distribution and  weighted distribution

  • Handling a team with zonal business heads and drive business as per planned for FY

  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance and take corrective actions as required.

  • Monthly S&OP and ROFO planning for accurate sales forecast.

  • Ensuring process adherence as per the Commercial Norms

  • Developing the network of potential distributors all over the country for GT business

  • Closely working with the Product and C&TM team for timely execution of new product launches and on-ground activations.

  • Suggest ways to improve Salesforce Automation for effective coverage and PJP adherence.

  • Analysing current EFL and competitor presence and suggesting the best promotions, products, and prices to pitch our products

  • Monthly secondary/tertiary planning and execution in line with primary target

  • To track & monitor ROI of distributors on regular intervals


Experience

 

12 - 15 years in Sales, At least 10 years in GT business


Education/Skills 


  MBA – Sales & Marketing preferable
