Responsible for achievement of budgeted Sales and profitability.
Responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the eventResponsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the F&B services offered throughout the venue for the banquet including set -up, menu selection, presentation, restaurant/coffee shop operations and other service areas of F&B like lawns/pool side
