2 + years of experience in lead generation, proven track record in business development
preferably in HR or service-oriented industries.
Strong negotiation, presentation & problem-solving abilities.Identify and generate new leads for HR solutions such as recruitment and HR consultancy.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships.
