Job Profile
Drawing up long-term and short-term business plans for their respective zonal businesses
Developing a strategy to ensure business targets are delivered
Driving Sales: Ensuring Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Targets are Met
To drive business as per the planned strategy of the year, e.g., weighted distribution, numeric distribution, coverage of the market, etc.
To review the monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements of the zone and take corrective actions if needed.
Driving improvement in numerical and weighted distribution
Identifying and correcting the gaps and ensuring coverage and expansion as per the FK plan
Ensuring improvement in FOS productivity using various tools of sales automation
Working out schemes for the trade partners and evaluating their ROI
Working out incentives for the sales team to drive business
Ensuring a strong network with industry insight
Developing leadership within the team
Ensuring the health of the business (collection, working capital, etc.)
Experience
7-8 years in sales, at least 10 years in retail business
Skill/Education Qualification
Strategic Planning, Analytical Skills, Strong Communication, Relationship Building & Management, Influencing & Negotiation Skills, MBA-Sales & Marketing preferable
